Cost-Effective Small Spout Bag Automatic Filling Machine
The desktop turntable filling and capping machine is a device for automated filling and capping operations. It is usually used in the packaging process of liquid, powder or granular materials
The desktop turntable filling and capping machine works as follows:
Preparation: One person is responsible for hanging the bag and placing the container to be filled (usually a prefabricated spout bag) in the appropriate position of the equipment.
Automatic filling: The equipment starts running and the turntable starts to rotate. At the filling workstation, the equipment automatically fills the liquid, powder or granular material. This is usually achieved through a feeding system, a metering device and a filling pipe. During the filling process, the equipment will ensure the accurate filling amount.
Manual capping: After the filling is completed, the turntable transports the container to the next workstation. At this workstation, a person is responsible for manually placing the cap on the container.
Automatic capping: Once the cap is placed on the container, the capping system of the equipment automatically performs the capping operation. This usually involves the cap feeding mechanism feeding the cap to the capping device, which is responsible for tightening the cap to the appropriate force.
In the entire workflow, the steps that require manual intervention are bag hanging and capping, while the filling and capping processes are completed automatically by the equipment. This way of working combines automation and manual operation to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality and safety.
